They have replaced my parents doctor with a new doctor. My parents used to love going here to seeing Jennifer as their doctor. But this new lady, Diane Rader, is rude. My father comes here to get help for his pain, but what he gets instead is a full list of complaints of all of her pains and aches while she focuses on herself rather than my father's health, who is the patient paying to see you so you can do your job. My mother, who comes just as frequently, has a lot of health problems. Diane couldn't even be bothered to look back into her file or my father's. I think that before you start treating someone for their conditions, you should probably know what you're trying to help. Right? I mean, to me, that makes complete and logical sense! My mother can't take A LOT of medication. Which tells her all in front of her face in my mother's file. What kind of practice keeps this? I run a restaurant, and I don't complain to my customers about my life or my job. If they can't eat something specific, and it's labeled in front of my face, I cook it to how it's to be done, and with care, caution, and following the allergy guidelines for safe food handling. Medication can be more dangerous than food. So why would you not want to look at their file? Because it's all about their experience and their health. It's the same at a clinic. THEIR WELL BEING. Maybe Diane needs to get herself fixed with all of her problems that she seems so concerned about before treating patients who actually need the help BECAUSE THEY'RE PAYING FOR YOUR PAYCHECK. Bedside manners. You need to learn some, or look up the definition so you can have good manners. My parents will no longer be coming here, and already are transferring to a new clinic.
